Adult Fitness, Wellness and Yoga Classes
Our excellent fitness instructors provide a wide variety of motivating classes that will take your fitness to a new level. We offer classes for every level of fitness and ability, so come join a class that is best for you! Classes are $3 per class/per day, which is in addition to the regular pass/daily fee. New class schedules are created on a weekly basis.
Tai Chi is an Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training and its health benefits. Combining slow deliberate movements, meditation and breathing exercise, the routines promote circulation, balance and alignment. Slow movements do not increase your heart rate or burn calories, rather they help restore your energy, balance and muscle control. Classes are casual and friendly for you to feel at home in your practice.

OULA Fitness combines the depth and soulfulness of a mind-body practice with the carefree playfulness of a living room dance party. By integrating the mind, body and heart, our focus is on full-being health and wellness in a fun and community-centered atmosphere.
Baby-N-Me Fitness Classes
Baby Yoga: This class is all about you and baby! This class is very informal and will be full of laughter! Feel free to ask questions throughout or to stop and soothe, feed, and change your baby. You can bring anything that you feel will help for a more comfortable experience with you and baby. There is absolutely no pressure or expectation for your baby to “behave” in any certain way.
Baby Barre: is a unique fitness program tailored towards moms with babies and toddlers. Perfectly blended with, barre, yoga, ballet, and body sculpt using the stroller. These exercises will build a strong body with excellent muscle tone, while improving posture and help build the core.
Fun Fit Zumba FusionFun-Fit is a total body workout. It is a combination of aerobic dance, toning, and stretching taught to your favorite high-energy dance music. The music covers everything from swing, funk, and Latin, to today’s chart toppers. The class requires no previous dance experience, and the movements can be modified to either high or low impact to match your personal fitness level.
Belly DancingTry the beautiful art of belly dance! This beginner class will take you through the basics and get you shimmying in no time. From swaying hips to graceful hand gestures, come celebrate the power and beauty of the feminine. This is where all new dancers start. This class gives you the understanding of basic belly dance technique, posturing, language, move execution and it helps you to build necessary strength.

Water exercise that tones, firms, increases flexibility and strength, and gives your cardiovascular system the workout it needs...and it's fun! A workout in the water is one of the safest and best ways to condition your body and provide a way to keep slim and fit. It takes the stress off joints and the muscular-skeletal system and works the heart and lungs.

The Avon Recreation Center's new 600 square foot yoga studio offers a calm and peaceful sanctuary for yogis and tai chi practitioners. Anusara, Vinyasa, Restorative and Jivamukti yoga classes are offered by some of the best yoga instructors in the valley, having 35 years of combined experience and over 700 hours of training. Classes welcome everyone regardless of fitness or ability level.
