Avon’s Public Works Division plows, maintains and repairs sidewalks in specified areas as shown in the map adopted in November 2009. Sidewalk areas which are not maintained by the Town of Avon are the responsibility of the abutting property owner in accordance with Avon Municipal Code 12.16.

- Pot hole repairs and minor asphalt patching
- Crack sealing
- Bridge deck sealing
- Asphalt trail construction
- Concrete sidewalk repair
- Sign replacement
- Street striping
- Clearing or pruning of vegetation along sidewalks and rights-of-way to provide safe passage for pedestrians, bicyclists and other users
